The Designer cupcake class is great for beginners and also intermediate level decorators. During this class we will cover the following:

Introduction to materials and equipment
Prepare cupcakes with ganache
Ice cupcakes with fondant.
Decorate cupcakes with assorted hand moulded decorations including sugar flowers.
